Cookie Favors for A Monogram Bridal Shower at A Private Residence in Raleigh NC. These cookie favors featured the monogram of the last name of the bride to be. Hot pink was the color theme and was incorporated in the royal icing as well as the ribbon on the bag. 

Bridal Shower Cupcakes at a Private Residence in Raleigh, NC. These cupcakes were adorned with pink swirls of icing and accented with a round fondant monogram. The “J” and “W” monograms represented the bride’s first name and her last name to be. 

Wedding Cake at The Radisson Hotel in Research Triangle Park, NC. A 3 tier cake covered in white buttercream icing and decorated with a swiss dot pattern. Red roses topped each layer and displaye on a chrome cake stand. Serves 120.

Wedding Cake at The Cary High School Auditorium in Cary, NC
This cake was donated to the Cary High School Performing Arts Booster Club. The cake was served to patrons after viewing a preview of the fall play , “Father of the Bride.” A 3 tier hexagon cake with vanilla buttercream and accented with my favorite flower, light blue ( Carolina Blue of course!) hydrangeas. 

Wedding Cake at the Page Walker Arts Center in Cary, NC. A 2 tier cake covered with buttercream with a chocolate brown ribbon edge. A chocolate monogram accents the top and orange roses give the cake a little color. Serves 50.

Wedding Cake at The Cardinal Club in Raleigh, NC. A 3 tier round cake covered with dark chocolate ganache and accented with orange gerbera daisies. The bride had a gold custom made ribbon for the cake. Serves 100.

Wedding Cake at the Eagle Ridge Golf Club in Raleigh, NC. A 3 tier octagon cake covered with white fondant and accented with white dots brushed with pearl luster dust to make them appear as pearls. A chocolate brown royal icing monogram was added to the cake. The florist provided a cake topper to accent the cake. This design was influenced by a photograph found in Martha Stewart’s Wedding Cakes. Serves 120. 

Wedding Cake at the Dorthy and Roy Park Alumni Center at NC State University in Raleigh, NC. A 3 tier square cake covered with white buttercream icing and a simple dot pattern. A brown ribbon decorates the border of the cake. Large deep red roses were used as the cake topper. Serves 120.

Wedding Cupcake Tree at Duke Gardens in Durham, NC. Approximatly 60 cupcakes adorn this cupcake tree. At the top is a small 6 inch round cake covered in white fondant and accented with light pink ribbon on the edge, silver monogram and light pink flowers. Hot pink rose petals and flowers complete the look of the cupcake tree.
