Bridal flip flops and raincoats?

A couple weeks ago ,while reading the News and Observer, I came across an article about bridal accessories. I thought I would pass on the information gleaned from this article since a few brides out there might find it to be interesting and practical. Personally I think someone made it up to make them feel better about the fact that it rained on their wedding day!
