The White House Kitchen

On Monday night my husband and I were watching a documentary on The White House. I know, I know we did not have anything else better to do on a cold winter’s night! At any rate they gave the square footage for the kitchen and the space for the pastry chef. Around 500 square feet for kitchen and 200-250 square feet for a work space for the pastry chef. If the pastry chef for The White House can work in a 200-250 square foot space then I need to buck up and stop complaining about my ktichen!
