Wedding Favor Idea - A cookie bar

I went to a friends wedding at the end of August in Reidsville, NC and was suprised by her wedding favor idea. At the entrance of the reception there was a table with eight different glass jars. Each jar was filled with a different type of homemade cookie. Favor bags were available so each guest could fill a bag with goodies to take home. I made sure that Alison, the “resident” photographer among our friends, took a picture of it. So glad she did because by the time the reception was over all that was left were cookie crumbs!
