What does a cake decorator eat for her birthday?

This past weekend I celebrated another birthday and of course we had to have cake. So what kind of cake does a cake decorator eat on her birthday? Actually the cake I eat to celebrate my birthday isn’t even real cake. My husband and I are hooked on Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cakes. We usually get two a year - one to celebrate my birthday and another for Valentine’s Day. Growing up I got several Dairy Queen cakes from my parents and by far they were the most popular birthday cakes at the parties I went to as a kid. Recently a Dairy Queen “ Chill and Grill” was built in Morrisville - literally five minutes from our house and we have taken full advantage of buying cakes and going on the weekends for ice cream. This year my husband bought the Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Cake. It is made of two layers of vanilla ice cream with a cookie and fudge filling and topped with crushed Peanut Butter Cups. I think we are down to our last two slices of cake!
